You have to love yourself and feel like you are worth something before you can love someone else.

I’m so tired of seeing this post being thrown around … you learn to love thru being loved, people w mental illness in particular will find it exceptionally hard to love themselves but won’t face the same hardships when loving other people, this sends a really skewed message and really shouldn’t be circulated
